In the year 2001, a small group of believers gathered every Sunday to worship the Lord in a prayer meeting. We earnestly prayed that the Lord may send us a minister to lead us.  We have never imagined, God will raise us up to be an extraordinary church. 

Bishop Dr. Anba Kunjayah and his wife Anita Kunjayah our founding pastors were guided through a dream to ministry to this group of believers.  Months after this dream Pastor Anba Kunjayah was invited to be a guest speaker to minister to this small of group of believers.  The Lord’s perfect will and preordained plan led Pastor Anba along with 20 believers to establish a church.
 
In September 2001, through corporate unity, the vision and the persistence of the Pastor, Board and congregation, International Revival Missionary Church, officially became a functioning ministry.

We thank God for the faithful dedication and vision of the Pastor and the small group of 20 people; IRMC progressively began to multiply in numbers as our Lord added many to the church.  We now have over 200 people who attend weekend services.  A caring atmosphere, quality leadership and community outreach attracted people from all ages, religious backgrounds, races, and walks of life.

From the beginning we believed IRMC was not an ordinary Church.  It was to become a church that mended broken hearted and cured the incurable through the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and indeed it has become a church with a dynamic difference. 
The Lord is doing marvelous deeds through us; freeing those who were demon possessed and delivering many from their bondage.  He continues do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine.  We have acquired the anointing from above to expand our ministry to heal and mend broken heart, uniting shattered families and setting the captives free.  The Almighty continue to pour his anointing upon us and enabling us to do great and mighty works for Him. 

Our Senior Pastor Dr. Anba Kunjayah, with his 23 years of experience in ministry, the vision continued with mission endeavors expanding, equipping and raising up leaders in the body of Christ and pursuing the vision of expanding our borders.  After pursuing for several years, the Holy Spirit is bringing us to purchase our own building which will give us a great tool to continue to accomplish our mission. We believe that this is the Lord’s time that we own our property this year on which our new church will be built. We truly believe that God has held a property for His Kingdom’s purposes.
IRMC is a place where all individuals and families can grow and flourish in faith and discover God’s plan for their lives.
